Policy Last Updated: May 20, 2025.
Our mission is to deliver application(s) using software, provide a sense of purpose for our people, and help our customers build better businesses in a changing world. Together with our shared signature practices, this mission gives clear guidance on the behaviours and actions we expect from all the people and organisations that work with Humanicer.
We choose to engage and partner with like-minded organisations because they recognise people should be treated with dignity and respect.
Humanicer do not believe there is any place in today's world for slavery or human trafficking. We are committed to continually improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking and encourage the same high standards from our supply chain and other business partners. We specialize in converting AI text into human-like content with built-in citation generation, localization, paraphraser, plagiarism checker, and math solver.
Humanicer purchases a wide range of products and services from its supply chain, including IT hardware, software and telecommunications; vehicles; office furniture, equipment and supplies; utilities; travel services; and training services.
Humanicer's Supplier Code of Conduct reflects our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity in our business relationships, including our commitment to combating human trafficking and slavery. We believe our highest potential risk areas are within our supply chain and in the provision of software services.
To mitigate and manage our risk, the following activities were undertaken in 2025:
We review our policies and procedures regularly, not only to ensure they remain relevant but also to assess our progress. This statement applies to Humanicer and all its subsidiaries.
The Modern Slavery Act 2015 (MSA 2015) consolidates offences relating to trafficking and slavery. In compliance with our obligations under the MSA please see the link below to our Modern Slavery Act Statement which details the steps we have taken during the financial year to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any of our supply chains, and in any part of our business.
